SchoLinked is owned and operated by Mehra (“we”, “our”, “us”). SchoLinked connects clients with independent helpers (students, scholars, and business owners) who provide tutoring, tech help, errands, and other services.

2. Your Use of SchoLinked

By using this website, submitting forms, or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Services and Fees

SchoLinked facilitates connections between clients and helpers. Clients may pay service fees to SchoLinked to confirm bookings. These fees help cover administrative costs. Helpers may also pay a sign-up fee.

Any tips given by clients are paid in full to helpers.

4. Independent Contractors

Helpers listed through SchoLinked are independent contractors. SchoLinked does not directly employ helpers. All arrangements for services are made between clients and helpers.

5. Verification

Helpers are required to provide valid identification, such as student ID, government-issued ID, or business registration documents. We take reasonable steps to verify their status, but we do not guarantee their qualifications or suitability beyond this process.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mehra and SchoLinked are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of this platform or services arranged through it. Clients and helpers agree to resolve any disputes directly with each other.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is collected for the purpose of connecting clients and helpers and will not be sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
